Do It Yourself Wedding Flowers By: Amber

It is the age of D.I.Y. and the internet is exploding with ideas of how to create your own wedding invitations, décor and even flower arrangements.  Fairfield Flowers has created a unique workshop just for our creative and frugal brides.  We know it’s all about being different, telling your love story through your ceremony.  We are also aware that a lot of people are working with a budget.

Our Wedding Workshop will teach you the techniques of creating a hand tied bridal bouquet.  A hand tied bouquet is created while holding flowers in your hand and then binding them with ribbon.  This is the most popular style of wedding bouquet, and you can use this style not only for the bride but also for the bridesmaids.

Corsages and Boutonnieres are a must have for your groomsmen, parents, grandparents, mistress of ceremonies, and any other special person you’d like to recognize that has helped with your special day.  The most popular style of corsages are a cluster of flowers attached to a bracelet and worn on the wrist.  A boutonniere is usually a single flower that can be pinned to a man’s lapel.  These are essential pieces that we will teach in our Wedding Workshop.

And of course you can NOT forget the Reception!  Centerpieces will be the highlight of your guests’ dining experience!  We will teach you how to use your flowers in your centerpieces to coincide with your Wedding.  We are very excited for you to attend this workshop with us!  Remember to sign up soon because there are a limited amount of spaces available!
